By downloading and using the JuiceBar App and Custom Keyboard, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Please refer to the JuiceBar Privacy Policy for critical information regarding how we collect, use, and process your motion data, and how to execute data deletion requests.

1. INTRODUCTION & SUPPORT

We are NX10.ME LTD ("NX10", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13746822.

We operate JuiceBar, a mobile application and custom keyboard extension designed to track physical interaction and mechanical load (your "BrainJuice" score).

Support & Data Requests: If you experience issues, need assistance, or wish to execute a GDPR data deletion or Subject Access Request, please locate your "Unique Hash" inside the app's Settings menu and email it to our support team at support@nx10.me.

2. HOW JUICEBAR WORKS (APP VS KEYBOARD)

JuiceBar operates via two distinct components that work together to provide you with insights into your daily interaction patterns:

The Main App: This is your dashboard. When the app is open on your screen, it acts as an active tracker. It displays your live BrainJuice score, charts your history, and utilizes your device sensors to identify your current physical context (e.g., walking, sitting).
The Custom Keyboard: This acts as a passive, background data stream. By setting the JuiceBar keyboard as your default in your phone's settings, it continues to track your physical typing dynamics (flight time, dwell time, pressure) even when the main app is closed.

You Are In Control

You do not have to use the Custom Keyboard to use the JuiceBar application. However, because we only collect physical interaction data, disabling the keyboard means the app will only update your score while the main application is actively open in your hands. This is perfectly fine, but it will result in a less complete picture of your daily routine.

3. NOT A CLINICAL OR MEDICAL DEVICE

JuiceBar measures physical interactions (jiggles, taps, and movements) to calculate a mechanical load index (BrainJuice). It is entirely up to you, the user, to determine how these physical interaction scores map to your own subjective feelings of wellbeing, stress, or focus.

JuiceBar is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, mental health disorder, or clinical state. You should not rely on JuiceBar as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be 13 years of age or older to use JuiceBar. By downloading the app or enabling the keyboard, you warrant that you are at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to terminate access if we reasonably believe you are under 13.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENCE

NX10 grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use JuiceBar on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or machine learning models powering the JuiceBar application or keyboard. All algorithms, UI designs, and trademarks belong exclusively to NX10.ME LTD.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide JuiceBar "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app, the keyboard, or the BrainJuice calculations will always be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, NX10.ME LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the JuiceBar application.

7. APP STORE TERMS

If you downloaded JuiceBar from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and NX10, not with Apple or Google. However, you must also comply with the respective App Store's Terms of Service when using our application.
